Positive Reflections Workshops
Positive Reflections workshops and bespoke individual sessions have been developed through my specialisms in life coaching and therapeutic photography, and aim to improve self esteem and body image.
The length of the workshops are varied, but typically take place over 4 half days, with some reflective work to do between sessions. The types of topics we cover include:
- What is self-esteem and what it means to you and your life;
- Limiting beliefs and where they come from;
- Finding your Authentic Self.
The overall aim of the project is to help you to realise your true strengths and inner beauty. This workshop isn’t about comparing yourself to some pre-conceived idea about prettiness – it’s about what makes you gorgeous and about making you appreciate how flippin’ amazing you are!
Always remember you are unique. Just like everyone else.
During Positive Reflection workshops, we explore your core values – the things in life that are really important to you – the rules of how you live your life.
Each Positive Reflections workshop is different, as it is adapted to the participants, but it always follows the same path:
- Accept your past;
- Feel good about the present;
- Feel really excited and positive about the future.
There are pre- and post- photoshoot interviews for you to think about and complete. We also have loads of fun (you may even get to dress up)!
Postive Reflections Workshops – Photosession
The photosession is such an important part of Positive Reflection workshops. I’m the photographer, so you’ll be relaxed and comfortable by the time I take your photographs and I’m skilled at taking you at your very best. The resulting photographs are a permanent reminder of what you achieved during the sessions and how proud you should feel about yourself.
Here are some past participants who have given their permission to be included in this blog.
